My cats Belle and Sooty stayed here for over a week whilst we were away on holiday. Stephen was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, answering any questions we might of had. Both cats were extremely well cared for and this was their first ever stay at a cattery, and we couldn't have asked for better treatment of them both, and we will definitely be using this one again in the future. Our cat had an extended stay over Christmas, and we did not feel the staff were overly attentive or communicative. The facilities are also pretty basic. Wouldn't go here again.
